Albeeville > Albee

1862 March 5, 4th Class Post Office established as Albeeville, Klamath County, California located 1 1/2 miles south of Eureka.

Named for J. P. Albee, the first and only postmaster.

1863 April 2, Post Office discontinued.

1874 March 28, Site became a part of of Humboldt County as Klamath County was dissolved.

1952 November 1, Post Office re-established as Albee, a Classified Station of Eureka.

1962 June 11, Discontinued.
