Bald Hill(s)

1867 November 25, 4th Class Post Office established as Bald Hill, Klamath County, California, located  approximately 31 miles northeast of Trinidad and 10 miles southeast of Orrick. Named for the bare look of the  hill in comparison to nearby timbered lands.

1874 March 28, Site located in Humboldt County as Klamath County was dissolved.

1875 May 6, Albion L. Orcutt, Postmaster.

1878 January 23, Post Office discontinued and service moved to Trinidad.
